<p><em><strong>1/ The first step you will  need to take is to start to write down your weight loss goals in the  same way that you might write out your life goals. </strong></em></p>

<p>Well, step back for a moment here. Let&#8217;s think about this.</p>
<h3>Here are 3 reasons why you  should use a diet chart for weight loss, for you to consider.</h3>
